We had a fantastic time at breakfast! The staff were really friendly, and Monica made our kids' day by taking them to meet Santa. The family room was big and clean, making it perfect for our group of six.
My kids wished for a lift, as our family room was on the second floor.

great access to parks and charming landmarks
I really appreciated the clean room and friendly staff during my stay. Being just a few steps from RHS Garden Harlow Carr made for a lovely morning walk among the flowers, and I easily strolled to the Royal Pump Room Museum, enjoying the beautiful architecture along the way.

We just returned from a lovely stay where the delicious food prepared by Anton and the standout chocolate brownie made our trip special. Our room was comfortable, but a bit smaller than advertised.

The Pine Marten scored major points with me for their fab organic Quebec cheeses – an absolute culinary delight! The outside patio was a perfect spot for relaxing with a pint. Oh, and the friendly staff really went above and beyond. a top-notch experience!
Though the staircase had a persistent fishy whiff, and the shower could’ve used some TLC with a bit of mould, everything else still glimmered. Storage was a bit tight in our big room, making the chair a temporary clothes hanger.

i had a lovely stay at the inn, much better than my last visit in harrogate. the large shower in my room and the helpful staff made my relaxing holiday even better. the ambience of the bar with its cozy chairs and log fire added a nice touch to the overall experience.
the room lacked adequate storage space.

Families will love it here
I stayed with my family for a weekend and it was fantastic. The staff were incredibly friendly, kind of like they actually cared, made us feel welcome from the moment we stepped in. They even phoned ahead to ask if we wanted dinner reservations because we were arriving late. let me tell you, that’s not something you see every day.
It wasn't exactly reasonable, but given the experience, I would say it was acceptable.

Charming, Charming, Charming
I was completely enchanted by the unique character of my attic room—so cozy and full of charm! The garden area was the perfect spot to unwind after a day out, and let me tell you, the food was nothing short of spectacular. Breakfast was a delightful treat, and I simply can't stop raving about the chef's evening special that took my taste buds on a joyride!

The spacious family room provided a comfortable stay, especially important during our 3-night trip. The location was ideal for exploring nearby attractions like Harlow Carr and Valley Gardens. the breakfast selection felt limited, lacking variety and options like granola or fresh fruit which would have enhanced the experience.
